Abolition

From the America The Great series

Rooted in my research and community work within the prison system, this piece explores the intersection of incarceration, poverty, mental health, and rehabilitation. It challenges punitive systems and imagines a more compassionate, restorative approach to healing and recovery. Through my work, I advocate for accessible creative wellness, emotional support, and community-centered care that recognizes our capacity for growth and transformation.
