Creative Wellness, Led by an Artist
I help people use art as a way to slow down, relax, reconnect with themselves and others, reflect on what they're feeling, and strengthen their creative thinking. The focus isn't on making something technically "good." It's about giving yourself permission to create, experiment, and pay attention to what comes up along the way.
